Zapala People was started to help warehouses and removals companies to manage staff easily, promptly responding to last minute changes in roster and in demand. From one warehouse and one removal company as a client over 10 years ago, we soon started to build a network of customers in different industries such as removals, transportation, logistics and furniture.
In 2020 we started expanding our network even more, but now responding to an industry which was entirely new to us: education. An opportunity arrived to use our knowledge in recruiting, interviewing and matching candidates to the perfect job for primary schools and childcare.
